Welcome to Stadium Tech Report, the go-to publication for the stadium technology marketplace.
Stadium Tech Report, which was started by editor Paul Kapustka at Mobile Sports Report in March 2014 as a quarterly publication, has been a resounding success among the stadium technology professional audience. With its focus on in-depth, technically savvy and business-conscious profiles of existing stadium technology deployments, “STR” has become the go-to publication for the stadium tech marketplace.
The markets and technologies we now cover include:
- Stadium Wi-Fi
- Stadium cellular (5G and DAS)
- Stadium converged network and compute
- Stadium design and build
- Concessions technology
- Building management systems
- Stadium entry/security
- Safety technology (cameras, cleaning, Covid-19)
- Stadium restroom IoT
- Digital display and display management
Our main focus is technology deployments at all major U.S. professional sports venues, and all U.S. college and university venues. While we will still continue to produce our quarterly “big issues” of the Stadium Tech Report, we will also expand our daily digital presence with more news, analysis and interaction with subject-matter experts via video and audio engagement. We also now have the Stadium Tech Report podcast, which interviews producers and users of stadium technology.
What Makes Us Different
Since its inception, the mission of Stadium Tech Report has been to provide the in-depth reporting missing from other publications, offering our readership resources to inform their business decisions. We draw our information from successful technology deployments, as well as from subject matter experts across the industry, from team and venue operators to vendor executives and other thought leaders.
Our reporting is guided by a dedication to fair, accurate, independent, and impartial stories. We do not accept paid editorial contributions, and we do not require a business relationship to cover a story. Our independence has won the respect of our readers. We value that respect and will continue to work hard to be worthy of that trust. Welcome to Stadium Tech Report!
